Drew Castle

Born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida, fishing has always been in Drew Castle's blood. His grandfather lived in Cudjoe Key, and some of his earliest memories are chasing lobster, yellowtail, mangrove snapper, mahi, and sailfish through the Keys. He dropped back to his first sailfish at 11 years old and billfish have had him hooked ever since. Drew worked his way through high school and college on some of the best charter boats in Northeast Florida before transitioning to the private boat sector, eventually earning his Captain's license and stepping up to the bridge. His first captain job was aboard a 1960 Rybovich and he currently runs a 58' Weaver. His tournament resume is equally impressive: El Pescado, Bluewater, Pelican Yacht Club Invitational, Chub Cay Invitational, Bakers Bay Invitational, Bermuda Sea Horse, Bermuda Billfish Blast, Blue Marlin World Cup, and the White Marlin Open.

Now an 8-year veteran of yacht brokerage and a licensed captain for 13 years, Drew specializes in sportfish and center consoles and brings a rare combination of deep industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and hometown roots to every transaction. He and his wife are proud parents to a 5-year-old daughter, and he feels genuinely lucky to run an incredible sportfishing program right in his hometown and throughout the Bahamas. Based in Saint Augustine and deeply connected to the Northeast Florida and Bahamas fishing community, Drew Castle is an invaluable asset to the DH Yacht Sales team and the broker you call when you want someone who has truly lived this lifestyle.
