With more than 25 years in the sportfishing industry and over two decades running a successful charter business, Chris Recchio brings a rare level of real-world experience to every yacht transaction. As a 200-Ton Master Captain, accomplished tournament fisherman, and former captain and mate, Chris understands boats not just as assets—but as working machines that must perform flawlessly offshore.

Over the course of his career, Chris Recchio has built and designed multiple boats from the ground up, gaining firsthand insight into construction quality, systems integration, and long-term maintenance. He is Series 2000 MTU customer/mechanic certified and has extensive experience maintaining and operating a wide range of engines, including MTU, CAT, MAN, and more. This technical background allows him to identify strengths, weaknesses, and red flags that many buyers simply don’t know to look for.
