Yacht Description

BRANDI WINE is a 2009 Hargrave 114 raised pilothouse motor yacht built by Kha Shing in Taiwan. Her layout brings together four guest staterooms, separate crew accommodation, a country-kitchen galley and several indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. An interior by Yacht Interiors by Shelley features high-gloss cherry, camphor burl accents, Georgian-style cabinetry and hand-loomed silk-wool carpeting.

The full-beam master suite has a king berth, his-and-hers ensuite bathrooms and a jetted tub. A nearly full-beam forward VIP offers a queen berth and ensuite, while the two additional guest cabins provide convertible beds, Pullman berths and ensuite facilities. The main-deck salon and formal dining area complement the country-kitchen galley, where granite countertops, a central island and bar seating create a space for everyday meals and conversation.

Outdoor living extends from the aft-deck dining table and exterior sunpads to the flybridge, with its hardtop and retractable canvas center, Jacuzzi, Emperador marble wet bar and Bull propane grill. Walk-around side decks connect the exterior spaces, and the cockpit, swim platform and oversized lazarette support access to the water and storage of watersports equipment.

Twin 1,400 hp Caterpillar 3412E diesels power the yacht, with Naiad zero-speed stabilization and a Naiad bow thruster. Two Northern Lights generators and a Phasor auxiliary generator support onboard electrical needs. Two BlueWater Explorer Compact watermakers and a chilled-water air-conditioning system serve the accommodation, while Garmin and Furuno navigation systems, Simrad autopilot controls and dual Starlink HP systems complete the navigation and communications inventory.

The included tender is a 2018 Fountain 38-foot center console, repowered in 2024 with three Yamaha F300 outboards. Two 2023 Yamaha VX WaveRunners, two SeaBobs, inflatable paddleboards, water skis, a wakeboard, a towable tube and floating lounge equipment extend the activities available from the yacht. Fishing tackle, snorkeling gear, a beach setup and underwater camera equipment are also included in the inventory.

Reported refit and maintenance work from 2022 through 2025 covers hydraulics, navigation and audiovisual systems, air conditioning, watermakers, galley and laundry equipment, deck finishes, upholstery, tender outfitting and machinery. Her reported operating history includes Atlantic crossings, voyages to Alaska and repeat-client charters in the Bahamas, Caribbean, Florida and seasonal New England.
